Pass Plus
Pass Plus is a training course specifically aimed at new drivers, designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with the help of insurers and the driving instruction industry.
Pass Plus will build upon your existing skills and knowledge, it will teach you how to anticipate, plan for and deal with all kinds of hazards, and can help you to become more confident on the roads.
The scheme is made up of six modules, covering:
Driving in town; |
|
Driving in all weather; |
|
Driving on rural roads; |
|
Driving at night; |
|
Driving on dual carriageways; and |
|
Driving on motorways. |
You will not have to take a test at the end of the course but you will be continually assessed. You must successfully complete all the modules in the course to an 'achieved' or 'exceeded' standard.
Upon successful completion of the Pass Plus course you will feel more confident in the wide range of driving situations you will experience in the years ahead. You will also receive a certificate from us that may entitle you to a motor insurance discount from certain insurance companies.
The course fee is £150 and is delivered over six hours of practical tuition. To book your Pass Plus course with Right Direction, or if you have any queries, please contact us.
